Of Commies, Fascist, Liberals and Conservatives.

Do you understand the difference between the different political views? Want does a communist believe? How about a Socialist? What, you think that they are one in the same? Are Fascists and conservatives like the Hatfield's and McCoy's or are they more like cousins? How about Socialists and Liberals, they're the same, right? If any of these questions caused you to pause and think you don't know your political types very well.

    Communist
a : a theory advocating elimination of private property
b : a system in which goods are owned in common and are available to all as needed
     COMMUNIST
a : a doctrine based on revolutionary Marxian socialism and Marxism-Leninism that was the official ideology of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics
b : a totalitarian system of government in which a single authoritarian party controls state-owned means of production
c : a final stage of society in Marxist theory in which the state has withered away and economic goods are distributed equitably
d : communist systems collectively

     Socialism
any of various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods
a : a system of society or group living in which there is no private property
b : a system or condition of society in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state

a stage of society in Marxist theory transitional between capitalism and communism and distinguished by unequal distribution of goods and pay according to work done

Capitalist - note that capitalism is an economic system not a political ideology
an economic system characterized by private or corporate ownership of capital goods, by investments that are determined by private decision, and by prices, production, and the distribution of goods that are determined mainly by competition in a free market

      Fascism
often capitalized : a political philosophy, movement, or regime (as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition

a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial control

      Constitutional Republic
is a state in which the head of state and other officials are representatives of the people and must govern according to existing constitutional law that limits the government's power over all of its citizens. Because the head of the state is elected, it is a republic and not a monarchy.
In a constitutional republic, executive, legislative, and judicial powers are separated into distinct branches

The United States is a Constitutional Republic, not a Democracy. The terms Liberal and Conservative are used to label the political tendencies or a party. Note this is a relative term, for example the Democrats of the civil war era were in favor of slavery and the Republicans were opposed.

The Marxist theory states the communism is the result of socialism which is in it self a result on capitalism. Yet others fault the "contradictions of capitalism" or the inevitable concentration of capital (money and other resources) and power into the hands or an ever smaller group of individuals.
NAZI is the short form of National Socialist party. So not so Right wing as It would appear.

There are so many misconceptions about politics and political philosophy that you have to invest some time and peruse quality sources to get both oars in the water and start to make the kind of changes required to move your country towards what it is you really want AND how it is accomplished. There will be more on these subjects in the future.
